Navigating Tickets
The moderator controls which ticket the team is currently viewing and estimating.
Quest Progress Bar
Section titled “Quest Progress Bar”The Quest Progress bar at the top of the session shows:

- Total number of tickets
- How many are completed
- The current ticket position
This gives everyone a sense of how far along the session is.
Automatic Advancement
Section titled “Automatic Advancement”After completing or skipping a ticket, the session automatically advances to the next pending ticket. You don’t need to manually navigate forward during normal flow.
Manual Navigation
Section titled “Manual Navigation”The moderator can navigate backwards to review previously completed tickets using:
- The back arrow button in the session controls
- This is useful for revisiting an estimate after new information surfaces
Ticket Order
Section titled “Ticket Order”Tickets are presented in the order they appear in the ticket management list. To change the order:
- Open the settings (gear icon)
- Open Manage Tickets
- Drag tickets to reorder them
The session will follow the new order for any remaining pending tickets.
