What is EstimateQuest?
EstimateQuest is a free, real-time Planning Poker application designed to make sprint estimation sessions engaging and efficient. It wraps the classic Planning Poker technique in a retro pixel art game aesthetic.
Key Features

- Three estimation scales — Fibonacci, Linear, and T-Shirt sizing
- Group voting — assign tickets to Frontend, Backend, Mobile, or QA teams so only relevant voters participate
- Per-group estimates — set separate estimates for each team that voted
- Vote statistics — see average, median, mode, and standard deviation after each reveal
- Outlier detection — automatically highlights votes that deviate significantly from the group
- Session recap — review all estimated tickets at the end with CSV export

How a Session Works

EstimateQuest supports three roles:

The moderator creates the session and controls the flow — starting votes, revealing cards, setting estimates, and navigating between tickets. Voters select their estimates from the card deck. Spectators observe the session without participating in votes.
